Members of the Vikings Reenactment Society, Danelaw is one of the oldest early medieval reenactment groups in Nottingham. We reenact viking and anglo saxon history ranging from 793-1066 (and sometimes beyond). Our repertoire includes a wide range of performances and demonstrations, covering various aspects of Viking and Anglo Saxon life, including battles, feasts, and daily activities.

We are passionate about educating and entertaining audiences about this fascinating period of history. Through our engaging and authentic reenactments, we aim to provide an immersive experience that transports our audience back in time to the world of the Vikings and Anglo Saxons.
